As far as I know the Danish Minister of Industry will support the Irish
proposal of software patent directive. The minister will probably support the
German purpose, but it is more important for him to support the irish
proposal at the Council Meeting 17-18.
In itpol (www.itpol.dk), we have worked hard to gain a majority of the Danish
Parliament to support for the german proposal and the parlaments art. 6a, but
apparently, we did not succeed. So, I am a bit disappointed!
