But, sorry to say, the french translation is really a mess and cannot be used
"as is" : there are wrong word translation (ie claim is translated to 
"réclamations" instead of "revendications"), wrong conjugations and lot of 
sentences are not easy to understand (and worse, can be misunderstood
because of grammar faults, lack of punctuations, etc.) by french mothertongue 
natives.

This is definitly *not* a blame  on the tranlator, but just a fact.

I've started to rewrite it but even if I perfectly know what it is about, as 
I'm not a jurist, I cannot be sure of every terms (and I wonder if there's
no confusion between council (conseil [des ministres]) and commission.
Even the english document puzzles me somehow.

Using the wiki to do the changes was not quite possible as the text needed 
mostly to be wholly re-written.

What would you like me to do with it : replace the whole  text in the wiki
or submit it to someone ?

Again, again and again, this is not a bame of any kind on the translator. 
H(is|er) translation has been really very, very helpful.
