In <http://solutions.journaldunet.com/0406/040602_juridique.shtml>, some patent lawyers working with EPO and WIPO are claiming the usual fallacy about benefits of a swpat system for SMEs and are trying to discredit critisisms of 2004-05-18 Council's "compromise".

At least, this proves that our critics have been propagated... (but it's tiring to hear again and again the same fallacies)
