Hi!

Do you have the time and possibilities to shift focus from bashing
a minister by the opposition to work out a solution?

I would like to note you the Fajardo Lopez report, which basically says:
"""
Member states may decide to take the following acts no matter what their vote
and position was on the may the 18th meeting:
  a) To Ask the Presidency to withdraw the voting from the agenda in the
       circumstances provided in the Council Rules of Procedure;
  b) To Require the Presidency to open a new voting procedure;
"""

According to this, it would be wise to forget all the past in return
for a future vote.

The last word hasn't been said in the Council yet. It was a political
agreement, not the common position itself. Every state can reopen the
discussion. There is a good opportunity for any politician who has
attended in the meeting: the text of the political agreement contained
misleading statements, which could lead the unsuspicious reader to
the false conclusion that the text indeed disclose software idea
patents.

A levelezőm azt hiszi, hogy Jo Lahaye|MMBase Foundation a következőeket írta:
> Hello all,
