Large Companies Unhappy about Software Patents

There's also a page on

        Patent Trolls

I argue that this word must be reserved for people such as Tim Frain,
Fritz Teufel, Harald Hagedorn, Marshall Phelps, Arno Koerber and others
who have, by their unenlightened belief system, led their companies into a
situation where for the first time they are sitting at the wrong end of
the stick, thanks to some smart people who are merely optimising their
behaviour to fit the incentive system created by the real trolls.
