(Just hitting reply to a message from Seth talking about EU elections).

Canada is also currently in an election this month.  We at
http://digital-copyright.ca are trying to get our issues onto the agenda
as well.  We have sent out 2 sets of questions to candidates (One on
Digital copyright from our community, and one from The Canadian Internet
Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC)
http://www.cippic.ca/election2004

We have a nice interface which allows people to type in their postal
code and be brought to a riding specific area showing what their
candidates positions are, assuming they have replied at all.  We also have
an automatically generated article that lists the candidates and other
riding specific information.

Please join us in making Open Source, digital copyright (P2P, anti-DMCA,
etc) and related issues into election issues.
