Please help me get off your mailing list. I am not interested in patents !
For 6 months I have received about 4 to 8 emails EVERY DAY from your group.
The name of Hartmut Pilch seems to come up a lot. However, earlier attempts
to contact him or others about this problem did not result in any replies.

It is not yet issued -- still in the application stage.

Details on what exactly is claimed in the application have not been
forthcoming.   Instead the MARID working group has been informed that it
applies to two sub-parts of the proposed standard, operating in
conjunction, and licenses will be required -- assuming the patent is
granted as applied for -- in order to implement the standard.

> How can one report about assertion of an unknown patent ?

Up to you ;)
