In the U.S. press, they let lawyers write article on this all the time, and
some of what they say is biased because of their agenda but some is also
downright stupid and inaccurate (even where it is to their own detriment)
because U.S. lawyers don't understand Europe.

As for that Greenberg Traurig firm, they're the rising star in Florida and
some other states.  They represented Telefónica in early 2000 in a deal with
me at the time.  Later that year, they represented "Dubya" in front of the
FL Supreme Court, and they lost -- it was the U.S. Supreme Court where Bush
won, and the lawyer was *not* from GT :-)
