As far as I remember the Competitiveness Council of March 7th 2005,
where the rules of procedure were ignored and the swpats directive
common position announced without due rediscussion and new vote
was presided by the luxemburguese Jeannot Krecké, not by Juncker,
if you mean that. I don't know the relation between the two. Maybe
Krecké is a minister under prime minister Juncker, maybe the government
changed, I don't know. But I would expect Krecké to be an industry
minister or something under prime minister Juncker. It should be easy to find
out.
