Tomorrow the new issue of the Parliament Magazine (www.parliamentmag.com)
will come out, and it will contain an article that I wrote on patent policy.
A PDF version of the article is already online on the magazine's Web site.

The article starts with the BlackBerry case, which was settled late on
Friday by US time.  I commented on it to some media, such as the agIPnews
agency:
http://www.ag-ip-news.com/GetArticle.asp?Art_ID=2770&lang=en

At the end of the article, my forthcoming book "No Lobbyists As Such - The
War over Software Patents in the European" is mentioned for the first time
ever in an article.  Details on the book will become known in a matter of
weeks.  A preliminary version of the book Web site is already online:
http://www.no-lobbyists-as-such.info

In my new blog on that site I'll soon publish a position paper in reply to
the European Commission's questionnaire on patent policy.

BTW, I occasionally send information to this list, knowing that a number of
key players in the patent policy field are on it, but I'm not a subscriber
at the moment, so I don't see replies (if there ever are any) unless they're
also sent to me directly.

Florian
