http://www.no-lobbyists-as-such.com/florian-mueller-blog/epla

I posted this to my blog and published a six-page PDF file to get started
with informing our key activists across Europe of the challenge to focus on.

I purposely left out the London Protocol because it will take time to get
people to understand the EPLA problem per se, and the EPLA is the near-term
challenge. Also, I think it's part of the strategy of the pro-swpat camp to
make it sound like the London Protocol and the cost reduction that goes with
it is somehow connected to the EPLA, while there is no logical need to
change the judicial system if someone wants to bring down the language
requirements for patents.
