I didn't want to forget to mention, 2 years ago today the European Union's

The EU bodies have a few mechanisms a person can use to submit
questions about the way the all thing works.
What about asking then about that specific "incident"?
Is is possible to "somebody" to write a letter (in English) to me to
translate to my language and send to a few of the multiple instances
that have been created to enlight the citizen about the working of the
EU.
Please give me permission to post it on my blog so I can ask other
people to do the same. I will also post any answer I get and translate
it to "my English" so must people can read (as a rule I got around 50%
answers in the kind of mail )
If possible indicate how to attribute the work,
It is better if around 1 page long to be send by paper mail (or fax if
paper mail is not an option).
I do not trust myself to write such a IMPORTANT letter. But if someone
writes it I will check the facts myself and report any findings (I am
a physicist with a very limited knowledge in legal subjects).
Also in my faculty we are going to have people from the European AND
American patent office to talk at workshops and I am collecting all
the ammunition I can(I posted the announce around - in Portuguese - a
few days )
Now that the "European Constitution" in on the making again, that is
a good opportunity, I think
